The evening begins with an Italian-inspired aperitivo experience at Explorer Bar. Guests are invited to savour handcrafted cocktails by Taiwan Skyline Championship 2026 Mixology Master Phongskorn Ruangjun (Tas), accompanied by a selection of artisanal antipasti. Live music sets the tone for the evening, evoking the relaxed elegance of an Italian summer gathering.

7:00 pm | Opera & Dining Experience at Ristorante Venezia

The celebration continues at Ristorante Venezia with an enchanting evening of live opera featuring Panupop (Tenor), Suchunya (Soprano), and Nutchapong (Baritone). Through a repertoire of timeless Italian classics and beloved melodies, guests will be immersed in the romance, passion, and cultural heritage of Italy.

Complementing the performance, Chef Andrea Morandi presents an intimate four-course dining experience inspired by the rich traditions of Italian cuisine. As music and storytelling unfold throughout the evening, each course becomes part of a sensory journey designed to delight, inspire, and create lasting memories.
