Risotto alla Milanese

A refined expression of Italian heritage, thoughtfully crafted for an evening by the Andaman Sea.
Slow-simmered Arborio rice is infused with saffron, creating a silky, delicately creamy texture. It is paired with tender slow-cooked beef, then finished with a light Parmesan foam and a subtle dusting of kale powder, adding a note of elegant earthiness.
