Dressed in white and rich in spirit, the festival fills the air with scent and color and the rhythm of temple drums.

 • Koh Poda Pool Bar – Beyond Burger, a plant-based indulgence with crisp lettuce and juicy tomato.

 • Ristorante Venezia – Stuffed Mixed Vegetables, slow-baked and served with a rich tomato sauce.

 • White Lotus Restaurant – Coconut Curry with Vegetables, Salted Fish Jain with mango salad, and other Thai and Indian specialties, reimagined for the festival.
