Throughout an accomplished international career, Chef Andrea has led renowned kitchens including Marriott Merlin Beach Resort Phuket, Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket, and Amari Phuket’s iconic La Gritta restaurant. With a culinary style that balances timeless Italian traditions with elegant contemporary presentation, each dish is thoughtfully created to deliver a dining experience that feels both soulful and memorable.

Each course reflects the warmth, richness, and artistry of Italian cuisine, creating an immersive sensory experience where flavour, music, and storytelling come together in perfect harmony.
