From the meeting venue and catering to group accommodation and eligible extras, the occasion you create today can unlock more experiences tomorrow. Simply share your ALL Accor membership number early in the planning process so it can be recorded before your event agreement is signed. The former ALL Meeting Planner benefits are now integrated into ALL Accor membership, so no separate programme registration is required.
Earn Points on Eligible Meetings and Events
Organise an event for at least eight attendees, or reserve a group booking of at least eight rooms, and you can earn points on eligible pre-tax spend. For every €2 spent, you receive one Reward Point and one Status Point.
Your points are credited within one month after the event invoice has been paid in full. There is no limit to the number of eligible events you can organise, giving each new gathering the potential to bring you closer to your next reward.

Reward Points open the door to more of the experiences you enjoy. Redeem them towards future hotel stays, concert tickets, selected experiences, merchandise or charitable donations.
You can also use Reward Points to cover part of the cost of a future eligible meeting or event at a participating hotel, subject to the programme’s redemption limits. Status Points contribute towards your ALL Accor membership status, bringing additional recognition and benefits as you progress.

Earn 2X Reward Points on Your Next Event
For a limited time, ALL Accor members can earn double Reward Points on eligible meetings and events at participating Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery and Emblems Collection hotels.
To enjoy the offer, activate it through your ALL Accor account before your event. The meeting or event must take place and be paid in full by 31 December 2026.
Eligible events must:
• Include at least eight guests
• Include event space at the hotel
• Include food and beverage or catering services
• Be arranged using the member details registered for the offer
• Include the member’s ALL Accor number before the event agreement is signed
The offer can be used up to three times per member and provides up to 50,000 additional Reward Points. The bonus applies to Reward Points only, while Status Points continue to be earned at the standard rate.
Any accommodation connected to the event must be booked directly through Accor to qualify under the offer. Additional Reward Points are credited after the event has taken place and the hotel has received payment in full.
