La Série Guest Shift: Palm Instinct x Tas Explorer

For one night only, Palm Preyawit Nilachulaka, known as Palm Instinct, joins our resident mixologist Tas Phongskorn Ruangjun to present a special cocktail experience inspired by art, music, and Thai botanicals.

Palm Instinct is widely recognised as the lead vocalist of the rock band Instinct, as well as the founder of Undeadman Botanical Spirits. His craft gin blends distinctive Thai ingredients — including the northern spice Makwaen — transforming each cocktail into an artistic expression.

Together with Tas, the evening will feature a curated menu of four signature cocktails, each highlighting the unique character of Undeadman Gin.
