• Salted Sea Highball: Inspired by the Andaman Sea, blending Sofitel Gin infused with seagrape seaweed, salted coconut, and hairy basil cordial, a sparkling ode to Krabi’s coast.
• Javitri Americano: A vibrant twist on the Americano with Bulldog Gin, Campari, vermouth infused with javitri and bay leaf, lifted with agave and soda water.
