Contest Terms & Conditions

Introduction

1.1 The Sofitel Suite Escape Giveaway contest (“Contest”) is organized by Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resor (“Organizer”). By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions herein.

1.2 This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

Eligibility

2.1 The Contest is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have a valid Instagram account.

2.2 Employees of the Organizer, their family members, and any persons directly or indirectly involved in organizing or running the Contest are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

3.1 To enter the Contest, entrants must:
a) Follow @sofitelkrabiphokeethra on Instagram
b) In the comments of the pinned contest post, tag a friend or family member they’d like to take to Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort and mention one activity they’d like to do while they’re in Krabi
c) Share the contest post on their own Instagram Story

3.2 Entrants must ensure that their Instagram profile is set to “public” during the Contest period to be eligible to win

3.3 Each entrant may only submit one entry

3.4 Entries must be posted within the Contest period, which is from 1st November 2023 – 27th November 2023 at 11:59pm (GMT+7)

Winner Selection

4.1 The winner will be randomly selected by the Organizer using a physical lucky draw that will take place at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort

4.2 The winner will be announced on 29th November 2023, on the Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort Instagram account (@sofitelkrabiphokeethra).

4.3 The winner will also be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the announcement.

4.4 The winner will have 48 hours to respond to the notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

Prize

5.1 The winner will receive the “Sofitel Suite Escape Giveaway” prize package, which includes two nights’ accommodation in a Presitge Suite, including breakfast and Club Millesime access for 2 persons. The voucher will be valid from 1st Dec 2023 – 30th Nov 2024 (subject to room availability). Blackout dates will apply from December 23, 2023 – January 10, 2024 and April 11 – April 16, 2024.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.3 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at any time.

Use of Entry

6.1 The winner agrees to have their name published on Softiel Krabi Phokeethra Golf and Spa Resort’s website and social media pages in conjunction with the announcement or other publicity related to this giveaway.

General

7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice.

7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who attempts to interfere with the Contest or its administration.

7.3 The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the winner selection or any other aspect of the Contest.

7.4 These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of the Kingdom of Thailand
